We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab in Muscoda, Wisconsin. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, assisting them with daily living activities, and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as needed
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues
Maintain accurate and complete records of resident care and services
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
