Home Health Aide – Sullivan County, NY
Flexible HHA Opportunities Throughout Sullivan County | $18–$22/Hour
Rockaway Home Care is currently welcoming certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are ready to make a difference for clients throughout Sullivan County, New York.
Our clients live throughout the county, including Monticello, Liberty, Wurtsboro, Jeffersonville, and surrounding Sullivan County communities.

Depending on the client's plan of care, your responsibilities may include:
Personal care and assistance with hygiene
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assistance with activities of daily living
Mobility and transfer support
Meal preparation
Medication reminders as permitted
Light housekeeping
Companionship and emotional support
Observing and reporting changes in condition
Maintaining required documentation
Following the client's established care plan
A valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
Authorization to work in the United States
A compassionate and dependable approach to care
Professional communication skills
Commitment to client safety, dignity, and independence
Previous home care experience preferred but not required
$18–$22 per hour
