Facility This cardiology practice is part of a large, mission-driven academic health care system serving more than 1.4 million people across 29 eastern North Carolina counties. The not-for-profit system includes nine hospitals, a children's hospital, and a physician group encompassing over 1,200 academic and community providers. The cardiology team operates within an established practice and provides both inpatient and outpatient clinical care across two hospital settings, including a critical access hospital and a regional hospital. Opportunity Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Cardiology Job Details Join an established cardiology team consisting of 2 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30am to 4:30pm with no call required Provide both inpatient and outpatient clinical care Responsibilities include inpatient consults, stress tests, EKG interpretation, transfer assistance, and seeing new and follow-up patients in outpatient clinic Work in conjunction with an onsite cardiologist and telecardiologist Hospital privileges at a 25-bed critical access hospital and a 114-bed regional hospital Minimum of two years of experience required, preferably in cardiology Must be certified as an ANP, FNP, ACNP, or AGNP ACLS certification by the American Heart Association is required Relocation assistance available Compensation Employed salary with benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
