About the opportunity
WinnCompanies is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and affordable housing communities across Chicago, IL.
In this role, you will lead property operations, support on-site teams, drive portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing regulations where applicable. You will oversee a portfolio between 800-1000 units, focusing on occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial results, and asset preservation.
The salary range for this role is $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year. The final pay rate will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
